SOUL RETURN

Synopsis: Rami, a 25-year-old soldier, is a lone survivor from a Mosul explosion. He was surprised to find a girl in front of him when he woke up. The girl leads him on a trip of realisations about the reality of war.

Director’s biography: Muhannad Al-Tayeb is an Iraqi filmmaker, he started his career as a Production Manager and has worked on more than five films, including” Mosul 980”. He then went on to direct his first short documentary entitled” River of Ezz”. He currently has three scripts in development.
