One of the worldâs foremost directors and producers, Sir Ridley Scott, is best known for his work on films such as âThelma & Louiseâ, âAlien, Black Hawk Downâ, and âBlade Runnerâ. His film epic âGladiatorâ won the Academy Award, Golden GlobeÂź, and BAFTA Awards for Best Picture, as well as the Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for Russell Crowe.
Throughout his illustrious career, Scott has also been lauded by the Emmy Awards, Cannes Film Festival and the PGA Awards. In 1968, Scott formed RSA as a commercial production house for some of the worldâs most recognized corporate brands.

As a director, Scottâs recent projects include âThe Martianâ, âAlien: Covenantâ, the sequel to âPrometheusâ, âAll the Money in the Worldâ, âThe Last Duelâ, and âHouse of Guccâi. He is currently in post-production on âNapoleonâ and in pre-production on âGladiator 2â.
