Khaled Al Tal is a seasoned legal professional specializing in corporate law, governance, and strategic advisory. As Group Legal Counsel and Secretary of the Board for Abdali Investment and Development PSC (and its subsidiaries), one of Jordan’s leading companies, he has played a key role in shaping its legal and governance frameworks over the past 15 years.   Khaled has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, financing agreements, and corporate transactions, supporting Abdali’s growth as a public-private partnership. His expertise in navigating complex legal and financial landscapes has positioned the company as a key player in Jordan’s economy.   He holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from the University of Minnesota, a Bachelor of Law from the University of Jordan, and completed the Leadership in Corporate Counsel program at Harvard Law School. With a strong track record advising boards and executives, Khaled is committed to excellence in legal strategy and corporate governance.
