Alice Kharoubi

After completing her studies in France and the US, Alice joined the core team at the Festival de Cannes, where she managed Cannes Court Métrage. She later assumed the role of Short Film Programmer for the Abu Dhabi Film Festival and contributed to the programming team at the Festival Tous Écrans in Geneva. Currently, Alice serves as the Director of Cinema Programming at the Marché du Film and is a committee member for the Festival de Cannes Short Film Competition. Renowned for her mentorship of young filmmakers and project scouting, Alice also contributes to the Red Sea Film Festival as part of the programming team and as Head of Talent Days. In 2024, she was appointed as the Artistic Director for Meditalents.
