Amman International Film Festival reveals theme for its third edition
June 15, 2022Amman International Film Festival (AIFF) Continues Its Dedication as an Environmentally Friendly Festival
June 27, 2022Amman (Jordan), 22 June 2021 – The Amman International Film Festival – Awal Film (AIFF) – Jordan’s first international film festival that highlights local, regional and international début movies – announces that accreditation is now open for the Amman Industry Film Days (AFID) and the media. Registration, subject to approval, should be done online on the Festival’s website (www.aiff.jo). The third edition of the Festival takes place between 20 and 27 July 2022. AFID will take place 21 – 26 July 2022. The media accreditation is for general and specialised media and allows journalists to follow the Festival programme and plan editorial activities in the best possible way. Media accreditation is reserved for journalists, who can guarantee media coverage of the event and who belong to written and online press, as well as radio and television. The media accreditation entitles media to arrange for interviews as well as access to public screenings. Media accreditation is open until 10 July 2022 and is free of charge. AFID’s accreditation grants industry professionals an access to multiple programmes, workshops, panels and masterclasses that aim to support filmmakers by opening new channels and presenting them with opportunities to engage with Arab and international experts. Furthermore, filmmakers are granted access to the Filmmakers’ Hub and the Amman Film Market, which are spaces for networking between filmmakers and guests of the Festival. In addition, the AFID’s accreditation allows for access to public screenings free of charge.
