Ahmed Al-Ayyad

Ahmad Al-Ayyad, a Saudi journalist and critic, is the founder and editor-in-chief of "Fasllah" cinematic website and a member of the International Federation of Film Critics (FIPRESCI). Al-Ayyad has covered several Arab and international film festivals, including "Toronto," "Berlin," "Cannes," and "Venice," as well as Arab film festivals such as "Red Sea," "Cairo," and "El Gouna." He has served on juries, including the Ismailia International Film Festival. In addition to his role as the head of the arts section at "Elaph," he has been a member of the script reading committee at the Saudi Broadcasting Authority and has worked as the programming manager for "Thmanyah" Cinema.
