If you are a film professional or a journalist, you can register now on the festival’s website (www.aiff.jo). Film screenings are however open to the public.
The Amman Film Industry Days (AFID) accreditation – Professional Pass will allow access to Industry activities; while the Press Accreditation will enable access to screenings, some of the industry activities, press material and interview opportunities. The last day to request accreditation is on the 31st March 2020.
The AIFF intends to highlight Arab and International movies, with a focus on début films as well as on the recognition of various talents involved in the making of films.
It is worth noting that the AIFF has received over 700 films, out of which a committee is selecting those competing for the Arab Feature-Length Narrative section, the Arab Feature-Length Documentary section, the Arab Short section, in addition to the non-competitive International section.
On another note, 60 projects have been submitted to the pitching platforms for projects in development and post-production phases.
